Avenged Sevenfold and Night Watch (Weekend Recap)

Well, who knew? A fab weekend full of hard rockin' culture. In addition to discovering new stores and boundaries with Joe Froopes (see previous post) I also got lessons in rock and film courtesy of AVENGED SEVENFOLD and NIGHT WATCH.

Avenged Sevenfold is to Classic Rock, as John Cena is to Hulk Hogan. Pass the torch, you old long-haired hesher farts.

Night Watch is the new and very very good vampire movie from Russia. Russia makes Detroit look like Epcot Center. . . at least the way this is filmed.
